We have sought out and invested in the latest technology that helps us create this consistency while increasing our own efficiencies that ultimately deliver savings to the maintenance and capital budgets of our customers.
We have deployed tablets to our field personnel with mobile applications that allow us to capture precise on-site measurements right alongside the customer. Utilizing this shoulder-to-shoulder approach with our customers and using technology to improve and streamline our process has created a level of TRANSPARENCY that is truly a game changer within the facilities management and pavement maintenance industries.
Our customers get precise measurements of each repair or project and this gives each Facilities Manager the ability to compare those measurements with other bids to ensure consistency across each contractor’s scope of work. We have found that many times when it is time for a Facilities Manager to decide which bid or contractor to select, often the scope(s) of work that are being provided by the various contractors are NOT consistent. This causes confusion around what the right decision for the repair is and which scope and/or contractor represents the best value. This innovative approach from CAM Service & Repair allows us to provide the transparency needed to ensure that any question the Facility Manager may have can be answered by simply examining the information that is already provided on our bid.

Our streamlined process eliminates the risk that existed on the customer’s parking lot in a shorter period of time and ultimately leads to a reduction in insurance claims, lawsuits, and unhappy customers.
